Booking, Payment, and Scope Adjustment

Payment is due upon completion of service via approved methods (cash, transfer, or point-of-sale). We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the property condition significantly deviates from the initial description provided during booking. This includes excessive clutter, biohazards, or pre-existing damage that requires specialized attention beyond standard cleaning protocols.

Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a 50% fee of the total service cost. Last-minute cancellations (less than 4 hours prior) are charged at 100%.

Scenario: A client books a "Post-Party Deep Clean" but the apartment requires heavy construction dust removal. The team will pause work, provide a revised quote for approval, or revert to a standard clean if declined.

Liability, Damages, and Exclusions

freshigo carries insurance covering accidental damage caused by our crew during standard operations. This does not cover pre-existing items, fragile decor without prior disclosure, or electronics moved by our staff without explicit instruction.

Pitfall Note

We cannot be held liable for damage to items not secured properly (e.g., loose shelving, unstable furniture). We require clients to secure valuables and flag delicate items prior to service start.

Constraints: Our teams operate within standard building hours (9:00–18:00). Noise restrictions in residential buildings may limit equipment usage (e.g., industrial vacuums) in certain time windows.

Re-Clean Policy and Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, contact us within 24 hours of completion. We offer a one-time re-clean for the specific areas of concern at no additional charge, subject to the original scope.

This policy excludes standard wear and tear, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions (e.g., stained grout that cannot be restored with standard cleaning). The re-clean must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service date.

Eco-Steam

Our primary deep cleaning method. Uses high-temperature vapor to sanitize surfaces without harsh chemicals, ideal for allergy season.

Access Window

The specific time block agreed for service entry. Late arrival by client may shorten service time but incur the full booking fee.

Marble, unsealed wood, antique rugs. These require specific products. Must be declared in the booking notes to avoid damage.

Biohazard

Materials requiring special disposal (e.g., mold, blood). Our standard service does NOT include this; specialized subcontractor referral applies.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising from services rendered by freshigo shall be resolved through mediation in Medellín, Colombia, prior to any court proceedings.
