Booking, Payment, and Scope Adjustment
Payment is due upon completion of service via approved methods (cash, transfer, or point-of-sale). We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the property condition significantly deviates from the initial description provided during booking. This includes excessive clutter, biohazards, or pre-existing damage that requires specialized attention beyond standard cleaning protocols.
Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a 50% fee of the total service cost. Last-minute cancellations (less than 4 hours prior) are charged at 100%.
Scenario: A client books a "Post-Party Deep Clean" but the apartment requires heavy construction dust removal. The team will pause work, provide a revised quote for approval, or revert to a standard clean if declined.
